Let’s talk about it.
What society has told us about how to 'dress' and what 'trendy' is NOT for our benefit. We are constantly chasing the current trends and looks, which leaves us never fully satisfied with our style.
It leaves you spending money, getting rid of items that are no longer 'trendy,' and trying to keep up with the status quo. These are not sustainable at all.
We are told that we can and can’t wear certain things based on our age, complexion, body type, and gender.
It is all BS.
I have been studying trends and fashion for years and decided to step away from following this never-ending attempt to be wearing the latest and grandest items. Once I stepped out of it and let it no longer control how I dressed- I was LIBERATED.
This program is the roadmap for you to distinguish your style, and never feel unsettled about your wardrobe again. You won’t need to buy any other programs, keep getting clothing subscription boxes, or spend money on clothes you don’t like.
Inside Refined A to V, you get to dream. Dream about your ideal closet, dream about how you will dress, dream about how you will feel. Even better, you will make those dreams come true.Sign up for the waitlist!
Where it all began:
It all started when I was little. I wore my sisters' handy downs that are 8 and 5 years older than me. I felt like I was not dressing the way that felt good to me and their clothes were not 'trendy' by the time I fit into them.
I wanted to dress in a way that felt good to me and expressed my personality.
At 10-years old, I started babysitting and doing tasks for my neighbors to start making money. I used that money to go shopping and buy clothes that felt like 'me.' I had to be smart with how I shopped because I wanted to stretch my money. I shopped in sales and thrift stores to get items.
Fast forward to the beginning of high school, when I developed an eating disorder. It was a very difficult time in my life, and one of the ways I started expressing myself was through my clothes. It was a way to express myself when there weren't any words that could say how I felt. I watched the Rachel Zoe Project during this time, and it inspired me in a way I never felt before. It lit me up and helped give me hope in a time that felt very dark.
Then comes the year 2017. I just got laid off from my first job out of college. I freaked out but was slightly relieved because I hated the job. I started styling one of my friends for fun. The reactions we got from people were amazing. People were wondering how a 22-year-old girl styled a woman for her age range and lifestyle.
Styling is my creative outlet, and helping people has made it even better. From then on, I started styling clients and have not looked back ever since.
Why I created the program?
I created this program because I was tired of seeing women struggling with their wardrobe and not having a solution. I wanted to break the stigma of having a personal stylist is a luxury, and having a good style is unattainable for the average person.
Well, not today babe, not today!
This program breaks that belief because you can work with me (a personal stylist) & develop your own personal style ($$$ doesn't equal style).
This program will go through the whole shabang from learning what clothing styles work for YOU, to identifying how to shop for YOU, and how to put together outfits that work for YOU.
This program is all about YOU baby!!
I created this program that gives you a killer framework on how you can show up for yourself...
Every. Single Day.
This is SELF-CARE!
Taking care of your wardrobe IS self-care!
It is an EASY step-by-step process of..
How to discover your personal style and make getting dressed easy.
This is the ONLY program you will ever need to learn how to dress and show up for yourself- no more wasting time or money on clothes!
We are all about making this process sustainable. It is not buying one or two trendy outfits or getting a fashion subscription box that leaves you still confused about what you like. It is about building a wardrobe that fits your needs and lifestyle.
It will have you step into yourself and not question your ability to dress in a way that feels aligned to you again.

Hi! My name is Victoria Havlik. I am a personal stylist that has worked with clients over the years who are all in different phases of life that range from high-level executives to just starting their careers, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, book authors, influencers, graduate students, and new moms. The common thread that all my clients have is they want a wardrobe that represents who they are today.
It all started in November of 2017 when I got laid off from my first corporate job after being there for less than two months. I was scared and afraid because it was hard to find a job out of college in the first place, and now I had to look for a new job with minimal job experience.
Between my time of being laid off and starting my new job, I started styling one of my friends for fun. We did EVERYTHING. I mean the whole thing from work clothes, lounge clothes, special event attire, workout clothes, pajamas, socks, bathing suits, purses, shoes, undergarments, accessories, etc.
I completely re-did her entire wardrobe. She went from hating going places because of feeling that she had nothing to wear to loving going out because she constantly gets compliments on her outfits.
After that experience, I knew I had something to offer the world that would help change women’s lives. I have been styling ever since, and the results my clients get are what fuels me.
I was afraid to pursue this career path because I didn’t think of making this a living. Also, I had no idea how to start a business. I made a promise to myself when I got a new job in February of 2018 that I would pursue my dream of being a stylist.
In March of 2019, I started getting unsettled with working a desk job and wanted to explore the route of being a stylist because I missed being creative. I started putting together ideas, but was scared to put myself out there.
Finally, in December of 2019, I launched Refined By V. I have been styling since then- but wanted to reach more people and make having a stylist achievable for women at any age.
I focus on giving my clients the tools to walk into their closets and feel 100% comfortable putting together kick-ass outfits. I can't wait to be a part of your journey in finding a wardrobe that feels refined to you!
