"In 2024 I had the pleasure of taking part in a corporate offsite meeting led by Victoria in Santa Monica, CA. I was excited going in as I was told to wear comfortable clothing because we would be doing some body and breath work. Now I'm all about that kind of work, but I was incredibly curious to see how the VERY corporate men in the company were going to react to the mind, body, spirit kind of activities that Victoria had planned. To my absolute delight, I watched as Victoria took command of the room and immediately dispersed any sense of anyone feeling silly. She got everyone onboard with each activity and the entire room of professionals joyfully took part in a dance line, a meditative walk on the beach, a sound bath and the most unexpected fun of all, making salt scrubs! Yes, you heard me right! We all found ourselves like little kids getting our hands all oily, mixing scented oils into a salt scrub. Such a simple activity, but everyone wanted to try each other's scented oils, we shared products and literally giggled through the entire process of smooshing our hands into soothing smelling concoctions. Each of her activities set us up for not only team building, but self care. We got a tremendous amount of work accomplished over those two days, while connecting with our colleagues in a really unique and memorable way. To say I was impressed by Victoria's program and her presence is an understatement. I highly recommend working with her for any offsite, team building, or company self care / stress relief needs you may have. Five stars!"
